Long before the supermarket, there was the groceteria. And while groceterias were not farmers' market like ours, they were small and intimate. Parisi's Saturday Groceteria seeks to change weekly shopping (at least through December) by creating a market where each department is put together by a farmer or food artisan. We have produce, meats, bakery, dairy, deli, and assorted dried goods; virtually everything you need.
The market will start on October 22nd and continue through December 17th, 2011; and possibly longer. In its last month it will coincide with the Crafting Cartel Holiday Market. Click here for more info.
